2022 First Fruits Farm Memorial Balloon Festival

To remember our fallen military Heroes throughout the weekend in a real and deserving way via a safe and family-oriented event by creating a spirit of honor centered on Faith, Patriotism, Perseverance, Service, and Celebration.

A National Holiday to be celebrated on the last Monday of May each year. Memorial Day calls on the people of the United States to remember and honor those who died in active military service defending our country.

Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971. Many Americans observe Memorial Day by visiting cemeteries or memorials, holding family gatherings and participating in parades. Unofficially, it marks the beginning of the summer season.
